Colombian President Juan Santos announced on Sunday, the start of the work of the election observation, composed of 200 people from 25 countries in a referendum on the peace agreement with the revolutionary "FARC," the armed forces in the country
Santos said as reported by Channel Russia Today: "We are facing through the referendum a historic decision, and we hope to make all Colombians cast their ballots," pointing out that the result of the referendum will be crucial to start applying the unprecedented agreement, which aims to turn the page on the conflict lasted more than half a century
