Zara founder of real estate assets exceed six billion euros in 2015
Premium real estate assets in the possession of Omancio Ortega, the richest man in Europe and the institution of global fashion group Inditex, owner of Zara exceeded six billion euros ($ 6.6 billion) at the end of 2015.
Assets amounted Buntijadia Anmupailaaraa real estate investment arm of
a man famous business 6.06 billion euros the end of 2015, up 8.3
percent from the previous year to become one of the largest real estate
companies in Spain.
Ortega, who turned eighty this year was to integrate all private
investments under the umbrella of one holding company is Buntijadia
Anmupailaaraa in last December and took over the company himself with
the appointment of his wife, Flora Perez and partner closely work as
Vice-Chairman of the Board.
The share of the dominant Ortega Inditex holds 59.29 percent and Buntijadia Anmupailaaraa more than nine percent separately.

using the cash distributions huge profits from Inditex, which rose
nearly doubled over the last five years concluded Ortega purchases
mostly without borrowing distinct buildings from London to New York to
become a major investor in commercial real estate over that period
