South Korea: North Korea conducted a missile test failed new missile

South Korean Defense Ministry announced that North Korea conducted a
failed missile test from its east coast believed to be a new
medium-range missile capable of hitting US bases in Guam in the Pacific.
Japan had announced earlier that Pyongyang carried out a new experience to model rocket "Musudan" intermediate range ballistic missile. He condemned Prime Minister Shinzo Abe missile test North Korea and considered a new violation of international laws.
A government official said in Tokyo that Japan put its army on high alert, although the Japanese marine batteries of Patriot anti-missile had received orders to shoot down any missile heading toward Japan
